I noticed no one's posting? I just started living in a so-called Cohousing developement five months ago. I say So-called because it's the only affordable Cohousing, all rental property I know of. And because it's "affordable housing" they could not screen for people specifically interested in Cohousing, so some of us are participating in the Cohousing aspect, at will, and other families are not. It's not really what I was hoping for or expected, but it is what it is.

I was hoping to hear from other Cohousing folks about your dreams and disappointments with the situation?
